Once you schedule a virtual visit with Pain, Spine & Rehab Associates, you receive an email confirmation to complete required check-in steps. You have to finish these check-in steps, which includes a consent form and insurance confirmation, before your virtual visit. 

After checking in, you simply click on “Start My Virtual Visit” about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You wait in a virtual waiting room until your practitioner is ready. Any information you and your dedicated provider share is inputted securely into your medical record at Pain, Spine & Rehab Associates, so you have access to it when needed.
