Please ensure you are in a quiet and private place, so your provider can perform the necessary components of your visit with ease. Please call the office 30 minutes prior to your appointment to pay your copay or you may be asked to reschedule.
All visits are performed on HIPAA compliant platforms, and can be done from your PC, laptop, or Smartphone. If you are using an iPad or MacBook, please make sure you have Google chrome downloaded onto your device beforehand.
