Charlene is an experienced Medical Assistant and Certified Phlebotomist. With hard work and dedication to our patients at Pain, Spine & Rehab, she has worked in all aspects of the office over the years and currently serves in a supervisory role as Clinical Manager. Driven by her tremendous work ethic, she takes pride in providing the best patient experience possible. As Clinical Manager she uses her natural leadership qualities and warm personality to make all patients feel welcome and relaxed. When not working for PSRA, Charlene enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, and recharging with quiet time at the beach.

Lori Payne

Lori Payne is an experienced medical administrator, specializing in billing and collections. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical field with the last 6 years being devoted to Interventional Pain Management. She takes pride in providing the best customer service possible while helping patients understand their insurance plans and providing options for them to meet their personal financial responsibility to our practice. In addition to managing our accounts receivable, she also handles payroll and other special projects for the providers. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her family and her adorable Maltipoo, Hudson. She loves the beach and is a diehard football fan, especially her beloved Dallas Cowboys!

Erin Shoemaker

Front Office Coordinator

Erin is an experienced Front Desk Coordinator who has over thirteen years working in the medical field. She has also worked as a medical assistant.  Erin loves working with patients and helping them feel comfortable by creating relationships with her fun and quirky personality.  When she is not at work, Erin likes to spend time with her daughter, family and friends. She also loves to go to concerts, the beach, and take road trips.
